  • Chairman of the Board
    Chairman of the Board Chuck Watson

    Chuck Watson serves as Chairman the Board of Saleria. Mr. Watson’s commitment to Saleria’s A.I.R Technology derives from his belief that lives and assets can be protected and injuries can be reduced by this new technology.

    Watson is a recognized business leader. In addition to serving as Chairman of Saleria, he is also Co-founder and Chairman of Twin Eagle Resource Management, a Houston-based mid-stream energy company established in 2010. He also co-founded Eagle Energy Partners in 2003 and served as Chairman until 2007 when the company was sold to Lehman Brothers. Mr. Watson was formerly the Chairman and CEO of Houston-based Dynegy Inc., an asset-based integrated energy provider.  He established NGC Corp., Dynegy’s predecessor, in 1985. Prior to establishing NGC Corp., Mr. Watson was with Conoco.

    He currently serves on the boards of Baylor College of Medicine, Mainstream Renewable Power and is a senior energy advisor to GSP/Blackstone. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Council for DocuSign.

    In 2001 he was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame.

    Chief Executive Officer Brian Watson

    Brian Watson joined Saleria in 2017 and was named CEO in early 2018. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience with a variety of organizations. Prior to joining Saleria, Brian was vice president at AEG overseeing a sales, marketing and operations department for STAPLES Center, L.A. LIVE and Microsoft Theater across a wide variety of sports teams and events including the Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, the GRAMMY Awards, NBA and NHL All-Star Games, the Primetime Emmy Awards, the People’s Choice Awards, the American Music Awards, the All-Star Chef Classic and the Los Angeles Film Festival.

    Brian serves on the board of advisors for the UCLA Professional Selling and Sales Management program and is active in a number of charitable organizations including serving with Young Life as the committee chair for Hollywood and on the Greater Los Angeles Advisory Board. He serves as an Elder at BelAir Church and is on the committee for the preschool.

    Brian holds a BA in business from Oklahoma State University.

    President Emeritus James O’Neal

    James O’Neal has over thirty years of experience in management, engineering and strategic solutions with multiple technology, energy and aerospace companies. Prior to his work with private companies, Mr. O’Neal was with NASA and where he was a key member of the Apollo program.

    After his 23 year career as an executive with Chevron, he utilized his broad and deep engineering experience in aviation, energy and astrophysics to develop what is now known as Advanced Impulse Reduction technology as a way to mitigate the impact of explosive blasts.

    He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, a veteran, an accomplished commercial pilot with multiple licenses in airplanes and helicopters, and holds leadership roles in aviation organizations nationwide. O’Neal serves on multiple boards and has served as a senior management consultant for technical customers.

    He also serves as a coordinator of judges for the Aeronautical Engineering Judging for the Houston Science and Engineering fair and is active in recruiting young people for the military academies and for the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University.

  • Chief Science & Technology Officer
    Chief Science & Technology Officer Dr. James Warren

    Jim Warren joined Saleria in 2018 as Vice President of Science and Technology. He has 20 years’ experience in directing, managing and executing science and engineering research programmes. As Technical Director of Blastech Limited he was responsible for the underpinning science strand of the UK Ministry of Defence’s Force Protection Engineering research program. Under this programme he oversaw work undertaken at The University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, the University of Sheffield, and the University of Southampton. His work at Blastech Limited saw him directing and undertaking work that provided critical information in support to operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has deployed to several conflict zones in his former role as a British Army Reservist. He now directs the research and development program at Saleria.

    Warren is a member of the Institute of Explosive Engineers and the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators. He trained as a structural engineer and is a graduate of the University of Sheffield, and holds a PhD from the same institution.

    Chief Development Officer Jason Blaylock

    Jason Blaylock joined Saleria in 2016 and serves as Vice President of Business Development. At Saleria, Mr. Blaylock focuses on innovation and project delivery. With a long and successful career in the UK Armed Forces as a soldier and officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers, Blaylock brings a wealth of experience in the defence and security environment having served in most of the hot spots around the globe.  He has a proven record in managing projects and people in high threat environments.

    Committed to his community, Blaylock is a university mentor for Master students studying Strategic Management and is a registered volunteer with Team Rubicon UK, a charity which deploys emergency response teams in the UK and around the world.

    Blaylock is a graduate of Northampton University and holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership, specializing in resilience and efficiencies.
